what to expect from your first class
All levels are encouraged to attend —no experience needed. Comfy clothes, water bottle, grip socks or workout shoes. Show up ready to move. Walk out energized, not wrecked.

Step into the studio 10-15 minutes before your first class to get the most out of your experience. Our staff will check you in, make sure you have all the gear for class, and you’ll receive a tour of your machine. You’ll be geared up and ready for a fun class experience.
